This set would go great with any military collection or Mauser collector. The ammunition pouch is supple with no damage or missing parts. Comes with the original scabbard and frog. The blade is bright and has not been sharpened. The bayonet is 1916 dated and is made by D.W.M. The sling is supple and in very fine condition. The muzzle cover works correctly and is unit marked. There is no damage or defects with this rifle. All the markings and stampings are intact and clear. This is a veteran's take home from the Great War. This gun has not been through an Arsenal rebuild. The bore is bright and clean with no pitting.
